I'm beginning work at making my "dream body" more solid, more real-feeling. I figure if I can imagine walking in an imaginary landscape for several minutes, and if it feels pretty real, then my lucid dreams will be easier to hang on to and less likely to evade me.

I know Tibetan monks, Taoists and Hermeticists have various visualizations, breathing techniques, and sensory-enhancement methods to vivify their "astral body" or even create a "Body of Light." I want the gist of these kind of practices, without all the cultural and esoteric hooplah, to make my dream body more solid.

(Is anyone familiar with what I'm talking about?)

Anyway, the question is: Is there a book (or books) that describe succinctly some breathwork, some visualization, and/or some physical exercises to enhance the feeling of being a solid body when having a fantasy or a dream?

Thanks
