in my many attempts i've found that if you have an itch you should go ahead and scratch it. If you're uncomfortable it will just make it more difficult. I've moved from laying on my back to my side without disturbing the process much. |

i was wondering from people who have succesfully done WILD's if when attempting them is it bad to move your body? Like if you have an itch, do u not scatch it...basically do you have to lay completely still for the WILD to work? |

a WILD says you aren't technically sleeping, but you can still enter the dream state..i dont understand how you can be in a Lucid Dream without being fully asleep? do you feel your waking body in a WILD when you are lucid dreaming |
