Do you keep a dream journal? |

I am aware that by using WBTB your chances of have an LD are greatly increased. However, for various reasons I cant take advantage of this method. My question is; are there any suggestions for encreasing the amount of LDs without using WBTB? I wake from my dreams in most cases and have good recall. |

I love the MILD method as well as Dream journaling. Like phillip fry said, it is good to be confident. Get ETWOLD and do the MILD exercise during the week, then start the mild method. I can induce LD's often when using a dream journal and the MILD method. Also, it is very good to have a plan for what you will do in the dream. Remember the intention to first start out with some exercises in the dream to increase lucidity and realism (focusing/rubbing hands/yelling "INCREASE LUCIDITY NOW"), and then plan to fly or talk to someone. You'd be surprised at how often you carry these intentions out even with very low lucidity. |
