First, to avoid confusion with HILD (hypnotic Induction of LD), I suggest Hagarth's brilliant technique be called FILD (Finger Induction of Lucidity). Second I propose a better RC, because the one he uses (breathing through pinched nose) involves moving the body, which could pull you back from a LD. HERE IS THE NEW RC, WHICH CAN BE USED AS A REGULAR RC WITH ANY INDUCTION METHOD: |

The cool thing is that it only takes a second or two, absolutely effortless once you get the hang of it. No physical movement, you can do it while drifting off to sleep. It is so easy you can do it every few minutes, perform hundreds of RCs per day, no problem. |

Some people can do math easily in dreams. I know me and my good friend billybob can. |

Why sleep when you can dream?
Great idea. I always tried FILD with my right hand by my face to minamise movement. Not very easy to get to sleep. |

The hang up with this one is that you have to be lucid, right? How can you do a RC without being lucid? I still haven't attained lucidity. |
