      Can sleeping after Ld's ruin them?

      I read in i belive billybob's totoural on WILD that if you have one do not go back to sleep, it will make your WILD seem like just another dream. I took this as, if when you awake you still remember the WILD it wont be the way it happened you will remember it in like third person, and without feeling. But if you stay up it will be completly clear. How true is this, also should this be applied all LD's? SAy i wake up at 3in the morning to do WBTB and i do that then wakeup from a DILD/MILD 1hour later, should i stay up rest of night?
      ->Of course i wouldnt do this for a 1minute LD...but for a descent one.

      I don't think it would be very wise to lose that much sleep just because of having a lucid dream. I haven't noticed any significant problems from going back to sleep after a lucid dream. Probably what the writer of that tutorial meant was that going back to sleep could blur the memory of the LD and make it not seem as clear or make it feel as though you weren't as lucid as you were. Perhaps noting down the details of the dream immediately after waking up from it (which is what I do) would help with that problem.

      try writing it down. WILD's are generally very different feeling than normal LD's anyway, and if you write about the differences then you'll be able to appreciate tehm.

      In my experience, Lucid Dreams are not affected by sleep after the initial dream. One way you could combat this is to work on your Dream Recall, I’m not saying that you have bad Dream Recall but you can never practice it to much in my opinion. Having a better grasp of Dream Recall will allow you to remember distinct aspects of your dreams, including distinguishing whether or not your dreams are in fact Lucid.

      Good luck ShYne123
