      Study hard and Lucid Dream

I remember reading a post about studying and lucid dreaming. I've had some success with this. I find that whenever I have a good session of study and concentration, at night I am more likely to have a lucid dream. Does anyone else experience this?

I' ve noticed something similar - if I keep my mind busy during the day, thinking and analysing and questioning and finding answers, especially about stuff that's interesting to me, I get more dream activity and I get lucid more easily.
If days tend to be boring and long and not much is happening, my mind gets kind of lazy like my whole body and I feel I don't have any energy. And I have a hard time getting lucid and my dream recall is bad.
What you're saying would make sense to me, because if my mind is asleep during daytime it sure will be even more asleep during night. So aside from doing RCs and trying to be more aware during daytime I'm also trying to keep my mind interested, active.
