      Counting methods

      Hey people
      when doing a technique such as: WILD do you count in your head or outloud? i've been doing it in my head anyways...

      Count in your head.

      I havent had too much success with this because after several days you get used to the counting and just fall alsleep. I suggest mixing it up every now and then, count by 5s or 2s, or spell out the letters of each number to ten... Maybe try something that doesnt involve counting at all.
