first powerful wild experience.

ok so last night i was lying in bed for a good two hours and i couldn't get to sleep. i've used hypnotic imagery to get to sleep in my past so i tried it. i closed my eyes and just let the images come. at first it looked like aurora borealis then things starting moving out of the abstract and into mathematical forms, like crystals and frost... all the time the colors were changing. i've done this many times before but it usually lulls me to sleep before i reach any other plateaus. well this time more vivid images came to me. at first it was a road. you know how when you're driving at night you see the little white lane separators coming at you. white line, asphalt, white line, asphalt, white line, asphalt... etc. well i had that happening. then all of a sudden the white lines stopped and it felt like my body was shot out into space. there were no starts just colorful planets. the planets started passing me. i could feel my body was paralyzed and i could also feel my eyes twitching. i thought to myself, i'm entering REM. then i focus my attention back to the planets, but they weren’t planets anymore, now they were squares. they all shot really close to me and i saw that they were in fact all cards. and they were all face cards. there were jacks, queens and kings. my eyes were still twitching so i decided i was in dream mode, i then tried to materialize an environment but nothing happened. i started becoming more and more conscience of my body too. like i could feel that it was hot. i didn't want to end what i was doing but my consciousness kept getting worse and worse and my body kept getting hotter and hotter. i forced my eyes open. i was paralyzed for a little bit but i pulled myself out. it was really interesting... but i couldn't get back to sleep for another hour because i was so excited to try it again. this time i feel asleep in hypnotic imagery, like i usually do. -- later in the night i woke up in REM but immediately went back to sleep, i was back in the dream right away and i was lucid. the dream didn't last to long after that. it involved me playing at a casino and winning tons of money. the theme of the night was definitely casinos and gambling. just sharing, .

it was definitely worth the time it took to achieve, however i wasn’t expecting it so i don’t know how successful i’ll be at mimicking what i did last night. i’m certainly going to try however.
