I've been interested in lucid dreams for a few years now and tried t oWILD a few times, but I realized recently that the reason it wasn't working was because I was trying before I had slept first. Well I came here today and did some looking around. I read the WILD tutorial and then decided I should just try today, cuz I was a little tired and evne if I took a nap, it'd be nice. Well I layed in my bed for a while and relaxed until out of nowhere I felt as if i had been laying down and gotten up real quick (you know that dissoriented, head rush blood rushing from your head thing where your vision temporarly fades?). my eyes twitched rapidly, I felt warm all the sudden, my heart and breath rate skyrocketed. Also I felt as if I was spinning.
From what I've read, It looks like I was half-way into the transition into sleep paralysis. Seems like it anyhow. I should add that before that episode my arms were a little numb, but afterward, my entire body was warm and dead feeling.I think my problem was that I got excited from this profound change. I tried again and had the same results, although not as vivid. I think that I'm losing concentration when this transition starts, so my question is.. Do I just keep doing this until it's nothing new so maybe I can ignore it to complete the transition?
