Tips Needed for Rememberance to RC

I am still tring to master lucidity and im still on the first few steps. iv done MILD,but i need help with RC and WILD. I RC like 1 time a day and i usually look at a clock (usually my cell fone), I was hoping you guys have some trick to remember. In a dream i had i RCd and i looked at the clock,it said 9:38, and i forgot to look again then about a half hour passed and i membered to look again and it was 10:02 ??? and i looked again and it was 10:03 and every time i looked at it 2 times it increased 1 min. that seemed normal but i was sure i was dreaming so i went in to a bath room and i saw my refection in the mirror. it was me with short hair and i had sideburns for sum reason but i thought you cant see your reflection in dreams. So i need a better method of RCing. I really dont know how to wild really i jus think its that you jus think and let your self drift into dream state. i was wondering how long do i have to wait? i attempted one night and i jus invision my self walking down stairs and i count. i got to 1203 and i lost track. but i herd like a hissing like the sound of absolute silence( you know not a acual sound just like in pitch black you see colored stuff) but more intense, is this the way? do i jus keep thinking about that sound?

you could invest in a reeeeaaaalllllyyyyyy cheap digital watch, you can set them to beep every hour, which will help you to remember to RC - not only that but you can even use it for the RC!!!!!
      Nice.
      Are you dreaming or awake?

my cell phone has a nice big title on the screen that says "ARE YOU DREAMING?" My wallet also has a note in it that says the same thing. Between the two I end up getting plenty of RCs, and they're at the right time too since I often look in my wallet or make a call during dreams.

      hah!

When i first attained a lucid dream (haven't had one except for this one), It was quite cool.

I was walking down the halls of my school and I looked up at the digital clock (which i look at like 20 times a day) and It went from 1:23 to 2:39 really fast.

Then came this crazy rushing feeling and it felt like I was thinking faster than I could physically perceive it. It was such a rush!! At first everything became very sharp and detailed, then my mind told me Your dreaming, and then I realised it!! I was excited and I didn't have enough time to do anything to stay in it. Man it was great.

Lucid dreaming is such a tauntingly simple thing to attain...

If you make a list of common dreamsigns, and if any of them are things that could happen in real life, you can train yourself to do an RC whenever it happens. For example, one of my common dream signs is not being able to dial a phone properly. So if I ever fumble the numbers on the phone, I do a reality check.

Obviously, if your common dreamsign is, for example, flying - something that isn't possible in real life - this won't work. But I'm sure you've got some dreamsigns that can happen in reality. Really mean the reality check and not just ask yourself if you're dreaming and automatically answer no. Be consistent and do them every time.
