      Lucid Dreaming MP3

I have posted a Lucid Dreaming sound file I got from a Brainwave Generator Preset that someone posted in another place. It is 30 minutes, and I faded in and faded out the first and last 20 seconds.

It uses binarual beats to aid in relaxation. You may want to listen to it at a low volume level.

It drops to 3.5Hz after 15 minutes with a 2nd frequency dropping to 2 Hz after 15 minutes. It stays like that until 30 minutes, where it fades out over the last 20 seconds.

It is about 30 Megs, and pretty relaxing. I use a 90 minute version myself, which is too big to post here.

      Relaxing

I always find it difficult to attain a lucid dream in the first 30 minutes of sleep. That is why I use a 90 minute version, since I am working to build my visualization and relaxation to be more natural.

To lucid dream, I would use the recommended WBTB technique, setting my alarm for 4AM, and doing things for about 30 minutes or so before going back to bed and falling asleep while telling myself "I will know when I am dreaming". I have yet to attain a lucid dream with this method, but this MP3 certainly helps with the relaxation that is required to do a lucid dream. I typically use it when falling asleep for the first time. However, if you find it works for you listening in a WBTB or other technique, I look forward to hearing what it has done for you. Personally, I really enjoy relaxing to it.

I have had lucid dreams before, but usually they seem to be beyond my control, and happen almost randomly. I am keeping a dream journal and taking B6 and other things to really build my ability.
