      Ugh... I think I know why I haven't became lucid lately...

      Since that one person said that the proper way to do reality checks is not by a cue to do it, just every once in a while by memory, I have stopped doing it by the beep of my watch. Also, as one person put it "don't moan about not having lucid dreams if you don't keep a journal". I started a journal today and I'm starting to not use my watches beep to make me do reality checks...








      Just felt like sharing...

      I think that if you will perform reality checks at will and general awareness tests at beep, you will get some results...

      Perhaps reality checks don't work for you.
      Find some other way of inducing lucidity.

      Not really because when I first started I got very good results with reality checks I just did them more frequently without any cue on when to do it.. oh and I think I got somewhat of hypnagognic imagery... oi'm gonna make a new topic about it...
