      Fish

      I've read that eating fish helps with lucidity. Is this true? Is it a certain kind of fish or just fish in general?

      I also have read that fish can produce wild dreams. I think other things that can produce wild dreams are cheese, chocolate, banana etc..

      I eat fish daily. Lucid dream once or twice a week. But all my dreams are very vivid and clear.
