      Does music help

Can music help because i know classical music helps you study so if that helps wouldn't that help to produce dreams or lucid ones, or does it over stimulate the brain or does it do it to much for dreams to proces. I really just want to know because if it effects dreams i don't want my brother haveing loud music on in the mourning when im still asleep.
Im not afraid of the dark, its whats in it.
*the lights turn off and the whole room goes dark*
Oh im fin- Ahhhhhhhh its a scary figment of my imagination.

Music could help, but classical might make you sleep better, not induce lucids. I'd reccommend downloading a lucid mp3. There are tons of topics in here on them. It's mostly white noise and soothing sounds, but it really works. Just ask a bunch of people. ^o^
