ok, im 16, and I first heard of lucid dreaming 2 years ago, and thought it was the coolest thing ever. befeore learning about LD, i had never had one, and ive always been good at recalling my dreams. Since 2 years ago, ive tried all the techniques to lucid dreaming, and i still havent had one. I even stoped trying and forgot all about it, then remembered it a few months later, and i still didnt have one. I think one of the main reasons is that i have ADD, and i just cant keep focused long enough to fully try. The one thing that has worked for me a little is listening to audio to induce LD, or to put u in a meditative state(Gateway Expieriance, Monroe Institute). If anyone has a good LD induction audio file or song, please, please, PLEASE send it to me or give me a link or something, it would be most appreciated.( exept things that will play in Quicktime, please) the reason I feel like I have to have a lucid dream is because of my obbsesion of flying. I believe that would be the ultimate expieieance for a human, to fly unasisted through the sky, and I think Lucid Dreaming is the key to humanity's long-wished for goal. i HAVE to do this, I HAVE to expieriance a lucid dream. so please, im begging you, please help me in any way you can. thank U. I don't know about which LD inductions are good, but there are some posts about these kind of audio files like this. Also I have a torrent file or two with LD audio files. I haven't listened to them yet, but the person who first showed me them says they're good. If you want them then email me at [email protected], and I'll try to just give them to you, or if I can't (they're kind of big) then I'll give you the torrent. Also, try the tutorials (if you haven't yet). I personally like HILD (hypnosis induced lucid dreaming), as the trance helps concentrate on the suggestions. I flew (more like glided after jumping off a waterfall) in my second LD (before I knew what LDing was). It was awesome, so I know where you're coming from. Do you have a DJ? If you don't definitely start one as you could have LDs you don't recall. Other than that just keep on trying, it almost definitely will happen eventually.

thx man. yeah i have a DJ, and im pretty good at dream recall, im just suprisesd i havent LD naturally yet. I almost did last night with the FILD.
