Thread: WILD buzzing just fizzes out

I'm having problems getting WILD working, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I can semi-reliably get into a sort of buzzing stage, but after a few minutes it just subsides, and I'm left back at square one. I get the occasional rifle shot sort of sound, which I'm assuming is a hypnogogic (sp?) sound, but I don't get any actual HI.

I don't know what to try next to get any further here. Any suggestions?

This happens to me too, I don't understand it. Also it is normal to get no HI, personally I get no HS.

I get this problem too. Usually as I'm trying to do WILD, and the buzzing or vertigo feeling will come, but it just fades away.

For me, it fails because I'll be concentrating on something else, then I realize "Yay, it's working." and get excited. Everytime I attempt it though, I get closer and closer probably because it get's less exciting.

If this is your problem, just keep attempting it and eventually it will work.
