I think i have been thinkin bout it wrong!

I think i have had it for a very long time actually, and they were geting more vivid. a couple of days ago, an alarm woke me up. without opening my eyes i cancelled it, and went back to sleep. i think i have been tryin to get the wrong feeling. it felt like i was there, half awake (really i was asleep), and i was making it up as i go, like a daydream. is that the feeling u are supposed to get?

During I WILD? I don't really know what you are trying to say, please post some more details so I can help.

i meant that, just plainly, on a break from LDing, i woke up in the morning to my alark clock, snoosed it, and went back to sleep. no mehtods involved. i think i had a sorta vivid LD but i did not control it.

it felt like i was half awake (pobably coz mind active) and well, i just had the dream... except i do not know how to make myself say, "I am dreaming!"

This happens to me during naps sometimes. I'll be sort of half awake, half asleep but having a mini-dream at the same time. Whenever I realize "Oh, I'm having a mini-dream." It just fades away.

so if i get those, i gotta do an RC and do something to make it last?...

i dun know how to make myself say that i am dreaming.... i think the main reason is that if i stir my mind like that, i bet it would wake up... any suggestions?

This is partially what we are talking about, yes.
But a true lucid dream is a full dream, right down to every detail.
      You are kinda there though.
Many lucid dreams can be produced by the state of mind that you are talking about.

Do reality checks while you are awake.
Do them over and over throughout the day.
Do them even if you know that you aren't dreaming.
      Develop the habit.

Here. This is my first post on here. It describes what a full, vivid, lucid dream is like.
It doesn't have to be this vivid to be lucid though.

You probably are having them, dude. Keep working though. You want to make them as vivid as you can.
