Percocet & Magnesium Deficiency

I've posted here a few times.. I'm a natural lucid dreamer but have always been too darn scared to do much about it (other than wake myself up every time I even think I'm lucid). I have only let myself stay lucid twice that I can remember. Anyway, I have discovered 2 things that cause lucid dreams to happen for me more easily: 1. If I'm on a diet or really sick and get low magnesium levels. Taking magnesium daily actually completely eliminates my lucid dreams. Odd, but definitely true. I recently started taking magensium 3 times a day because I was waking up with panic attacks after lucid dreams. 2. Percocet. I've been on Percs now 3 times for oral surgery, and every time I am, I end up having crazy WILD's. I take 1/2 of one and lay down (when it starts taking effect). Soon I am in vivid and colorful WILD's. I just thought I would share these with you guys. I doubt they will be very helpful but if anyone is stuck taking Percocet for wisdom teeth-related things, try taking 1/2 a perc and lying down.

hmm, actually, i remember a couple others mentioning having lucids while taking Percocet...have to try and get ahold of some and i'm glad magnesium doesn't affect my dreams as much as you! i've taken calcium-magnesium three times a day for a couple years because i'm a veggie, and still been able to become lucid...
