the other night i tried a WILD, woke after 6:30 hrs of sleep, stayed up, went back to bed. well, i started doing some relaxation techniques and counting my breathing, i saw, as i normally do, weird stuff as i lay there (even when i'm just falling asleep normally i get some weird things). but then it changed and i had this feeling of laying on my back over a black lake, my dream body was floating above the surface, as if it were glass, and my real body was sinking away, getting lost in the gloom of the water, as i lost feeling it sank deeper. it was almost lost from sight when a muscle in my foot started twitching and i snapped back awake. i gave up after that, it was late and i needed some rest. anyway, how close was i to being lucid? never have gotten lucid using a WILD before and i don't know how to gauge my progress.
