Hi all, I've been thinking of the lucid dreaming techniques and have been trying them with no success because I'm the type that thinks or daydreams himself to sleep and cannot fall asleep focusing on just one idea or thought. So Y don't I focus and follow conciously on my thoughts and daydreams without controlling them until I start dreaming then would I still be concious when I dream? Just an idea I had, but I think it might work with practice.
