I apologise if this is in the wrong sector as I'm new!!

Just wondered wether anyone could help me with:
It does seem to occur everytime i lay on my back, I'm drifting of to sleep and hear buzzing noises in my ear, feel terrified and my hearts beating like mad but I feel so heavy that I cant move atall, talk or anything, I know im dreaming but don't know what about just know its going to be a bad dream! But also just recently while going through this I feel asthough im actualy able to mutter words and very slowly hit walls, asif im calling out for help, and it really feels asthough its happening because I know im dreaming but when i eventualy wake up (I take a very deep breath and relax my chest, and I can open my I eyes) I'm lay on my back and i haven't moved a bone, but I can remember the dream so clearly and feel asthough i have woke up, I've also had one dream were I go through this, but I dream it all, if you understand what im saying, I'm dreaming that im dreaming of having lucid dreams and having sleep paralysis and waking up in the dream I'm dreaming in the real dream, lol it doesnt really make sense but I don't know how else to explain. I am also able to see my self trying to move and call for help, I sometimes question wether this is an out of body experience but I'm not quite sure!!

Also when I was younger i had the same dream each night before my birthday were I would be a player on the monoply board and a small man in the car piece would chase me round the board, it was my anuty uncle mum n dad who owned toys'r'us and used to get the game down and play it in the shop and I was a game piece, i couldnt move or talk in the dream but I knew i was dreaming, and when i awoke each time i closed my eyes I saw the man sat in a high chair drinking a pint of beer!! this happened from a very young age until i became 10 (double figures) the dream stopped. A friend of my mums told me that if i ran backwords when he was chasing me it would stop, cos all I was able to do was run around in squares on the bored!!

It's called Sleep Paralysis. Do a search on this forum/Google/Wikipedia.

      Hello j-lo-lo.
Your fear is your biggest obstacle here.
The experience of sleep paralysis alone scares you. But it does not have to. Let it happen.
If you go into it thinking it will be a bad dream then chances are it will. Turn that around and you can just as likely have a good dream.....There is no reason it has to be a bad one.
