I was just wondering if it is best to have pretty much absolute silence when going to sleep, if you were going to try and have a HIT. I think the furthest that I've made it without losing consciousness was when I have been listening to music. I guess it just seems that it's easier to focus more on what I'm seeing, without my mind wandering off because I'm paying attention to the music, if that makes sense. I've been trying different things now for a few weeks now, with no luck so far, but I think I would like to try and continue this method. So pretty much I am just looking for feeback on this.
