Okay, I tried WILDing this morning. I used Billy Bob's tutorial and everything. I got up at 3am. I stayed up for 10 minutes then layed back down. I layed on my back and started counting. I guess I got to 300. The feeling of sleep paralysis never came. Can someone tell me what I've done wrong? And how long does it usually take you to get to SP using the WILD method? Thanks!
