      legs move on theyr own while WILD

      well i have a problem,when i tryed to WILD last night,and it was going well,when sudenly my leg moved,and the feeling got away,i was so pised,and went to sleep

      how to stop this?

      Could be a muscle spasm. I wouldn't think it would have something to do with a WILD since you should go into Sleep Paralysis. Although sometimes you may not go into SP. This could cause sleep walking. I think there is some type of name for when your leg doesn't go into SP. Like an old type name. I guess its possible for parts of your body to not go into SP but i'm no expert on it.

      WILDing doesnt stop SP I always get SP when attempting to while yet I flail in my sleep.
