      Does anyone here know the frequency that the brain is at when going through REM. I know that it jumps from a lower stage into alpha I believe. I would like to use a brainwave entrainment software to help guide my brain into REM and possibly to alert me that I am dreaming, in addition to using dialogue.

      Delta is too deep, the software seems to point to Theta in some cases possibly Beta.
