Thread: Trouble With Wild

i'm having trouble sleeping while doing WILD. How exactly does it work? any more tips on different tech's?

i had some real trouble with it last night too. as i was falling asleep, i entered sleep paralasis, and suddenly i had to concentrate entirely on breathing, otherwise i wouldn't be able to breath, like it wasn't an natrual thing anymore. it was very disconerning, and i eventualy gave up and rolled over, breaking the paralasis, and falling asleep w/o lucidity. my dreams were really really tight though. and i remember them pretty clear, so thats a good thing at least
