My personal favorite is the reality check method. i've got into the habit of constantly doing RC's and the habit has now successfully carried through to my dreams. I can now achieve lucidity quite often, but I usually wake myself up the moment I realise i'm dreaming. I'd like to test out the WILD method one day, but the whole idea scares me, what with sleep paralysis, "spinning", and "not being able to breathe" and all that stuff that people go through to achieve lucidity this way. |
