An age limit? I don't think there is any being that I remember knowing I'm dreaming when I was very little. Why would you ask? not 15? (I'm teasing ).

P.S. If your not successful, maybe you should try a different technique. Read the tutorials section of the main site, I'm sure you'll find something there.

Yeah, there's no age-based barriers to lucid dreaming. I taught my nieces, ages 5, 8 and 10 to lucid dream last summer, and they're still successful. Like Toowarm said, it's more a matter of finding a technique that works for you.

Age limit? HAH! I've had almost more Lucid Dreams than Normal ones in myy YUTH. In fact since I've been growing older I seem to be loosing the ''touch''.
And Im madly batteling Insomnia...and right now it's driving me crazy I am so restless again.
Insomnia is worse than often thought. It is hell....certainly after 7 months.

I WISH I had my Youth's dreams again.

I tend to think that lucid dreaming is probably easier for the younger folks.

Society encourages you to discount your dreams. "Don't worry, it is only a dream". "I can only dream of such things". "Liek OMG, he is a dream!"

It would be interesting to see the statistics. Seems that by the time most people reach my age, they tend to remember few dreams and even fewer lucid dreams. So sad..

There's no age limit. I've had luciddreams when I was 5 (without knowing the potential though )

Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had
