Yeah, there's no age-based barriers to lucid dreaming. I taught my nieces, ages 5, 8 and 10 to lucid dream last summer, and they're still successful. Like Toowarm said, it's more a matter of finding a technique that works for you. |

Age limit? HAH! I've had almost more Lucid Dreams than Normal ones in myy YUTH. In fact since I've been growing older I seem to be loosing the ''touch''. |
