Hey

I'm new to both dream views and LDing. I've read about techniques for lucid dreaming but have had no success with atempts. Can you help? Whats the best technique for you? I've tried HILD hypnosis induced lucid dreaming but nothing. Also, when I tried to tell myself I wanted to remember my dreams they have become really vauge and patchy, is this normal if you naturally remember them anyway?

So, can you give any advice on techniques?

Thanks.

Reality check, dream journal, also give it time man.
The most important thing though is self belief.

Good luck

I hope it went well and isn't anything too serious...and if it isn't too rude to ask, what part of WBTB can't be done due to surgery?

I was trying to find the nicest way to word that question. I hope I didn't cause offence.

Lol don't worry its fine. I had surgery on my legs to improve my walking I have a condition that makes it more difficult for me so thats why I went to surgery and I was off my feet for 2 months and I'm just getting back on my feet yay! So it would be difficult to get up and wake myself up.

And thanks for the link

weaselstein, A form of WBTB is indeed possible for you: maybe perfect for you!

You should set your alarm to wake you up 6 hours after falling asleep, and then you don't have to get out of bed: you can WILD, reenter a dream, or just tell yourself you WILL become lucid your next dream!
