So can anyone explain about this technique in detail? Isn't here a Tutorial on this one? It won't be much of a Topic If besides the Name of a Lucid Dream Induction Method the Instructions aren't mentioned at all. So BlueMeanie care to tell the instructions about this technique? It's not much good to me now

We should try and include acronyms for all letters of the alphabet... AILD, BILD, CILD, etc....

Okay I'm not going to lie This topic has me so confused I have no idea what's the meaning. I know The Blue Meanie Introduced this AILD concept at the initial and as I read further down all of a sudden Jess pops up and is like "Hey I'm preparing a Tutorial on this and it works for me!!" What's the deal? Whose idea is it and what is it all about? I'm pretty curious.

Well considering that there should be by now about one thousand techniques that are put into the form of an Acronym, there should be plenty to pick form.

Im saying this because it just may work!

If you read about the different methods constantly and you are aware of how to acomplish them, the constant repition of the acronyms may be enough to trigger such ideas when you are dreaming!
