Hello again, thanks for the replies. I am remembering a dream a night and have been recording in my DJ. I think the problem is that my sleep schedule is very unpredictable. It's hard for me to fall asleep at 11 or 12, and I usually go to bed at 1 am or later and get up at 11 am or even 12.
My dreams are usually very fragmented and not that vivid. They're also things that could happen in real life, but the context is skewed. I never dream of anything that couldn't happen in reality.
I also did try the non induction technique last night, but it did not work for me. Maybe I was doing it wrong, I don't know. My biggest problem is my thoughts are everywhere; it's hard for me to focus on one thing.
Maybe I should try RC's; I haven't done any of those.
