u should be remembering at least 1 dream a night before trying any techniques. do lots of reality checks and combine it with a mild and a wbtb. that usually works for me, but (very big but) everyone is different. no one technique is going to work all the time for everyone. u have to stick with one and test it out then try another if that one doesnt work try another and another etc. just keep at it and keep writing in that dream jornal |
