It's really hard for me to remember my dreams these days because of school. There's the blaring alarm and *poof* everything is forgotten. Is there a better way to wake up so that I will remember my dreams better?

try useing the mild technique. telling yourself to wake up at a certain till u go to sleep has worked for me. U can also use that tech. to tell yourself to remember your dreams when u wake up. also keep a dj no matter how little you remember just always keep a dj (dj stands for dream jornal

What you've described is called autosuggestion, MILD is something completely different.

thanks guys! I am typing this in the morning. I actually woke up at 5:29 -- one minute before my alarm goes off and i remembered my dream! I didnt even try any techniques though.
