Except it would take a really long time to get tired enough. And it could ruion the next day if u have to get up in the morning (work, school) |

I was in the shower thinking about lucid dreaming, (I do my second best thinking in the shower but thats not important), and I accidently discovered this technique. <--(SP) It's very simple, but the only difficult part is not being tricked into a normal dream. This can work, (possibly better?) if you WBTB as well. I recommended you don't try this with anything like caffine because it will likly just hinder your easy transition. Alright, feel free to reproduce this as much as you want as long as you give credit to me. Also, if it sucks for everyone except me than just ingnore this. |

Why sleep when you can dream?
What about interfering thoughts? Do you empty your mind like in a WILD, perform suggestions, or do you just stare at the ceiling for as long as you can? |

I find that it's so difficult to keep my eyes open, that it acts the same as something like focusing on my breathing. But if that doesnt work for you I suppose you could also try counting (1, this is a dream, 2, this is a dream,) to keep your mind clear. |
