Ok so I just found out about lucid dreaming, so I gave it a shot last night. I thought the best idea would be to just go to sleep and set my alarm clock to early in the morning so when I wake up I can fall asleep faster. So at 5:30 I wake up and go back to sleep mainly thinking about dreaming. Finaly I fall to sleep and when I wake up an houre later I relize that I had about an houre long dream just about random crap (computers). Then I say to my self I had no controle I did not know I was in a dream I did not reality check. So my qustion to you is how can I remember to do so? |
