I carry a peice of paper in my pocket, with "are you dreaming", so i can Rc anywhere. You can't read in dreams, can you? Does the text change I mean. |

The problem with this is that if you rely on the wallpaper to do reality checks, and you only do reality checks when you look at the wallpaper, then it's not going to help you. First of all, you would have to have a dream that you are on the computer. Second, you would have to keep this same desktop as normal, which in my case is never true. Third, your dream computer has to be fully functional. Mechanical devices usually do not work in dreams, including my own experiences. |

U reminded me of something! hell yes you can read in dreams (atleast i can) and the funniest thing is the text DOESN'T CHANGE BY ME!! (no bullshit god dammit), it was very long ago, but i could easily remember that it was readable without a problem, it's all about how vivid your dream is! |

I see what you mean i am just proposing this tip as a way to remind you to RC when at a computer or around it i dont use it as a RC just a reminder because i have a busy life and find it hard to remember to RC a couple of times a day. Hope it helps a few ppl like myself who lead busy and hectic lifes!! |

It will work fine if you still RC spontaneously from remembering, not just from looking at the wallpaper. But if you only RC when you look at the wall paper than it'll be rare having a DILD caused by an RC. |
