Well we often have trouble reminding ourselves to do RCs and how and which exactly to do.

Therefor I just came up with a good, effective solution.
Put a small note in your Jeans' backpocket with specific instructions. In example:
      ''Lucidity Reminder:

      To ask yourself:

Am I dreaming? Is everything Real?
-What am I doing? (reasonable answer=Awake/unreasonable or no answer=Dreaming)
-Where am I? (Reasonable answer=Awake/Unreasonable or no answer=Dreaming)
-How did I get here? (Reasonable answer=Awake/Unreasonable or no answer=Dreaming)
-Why am I here? (Reasonable answer=Awake/Unreasonable or no answer=Dreaming)
      To do:
*Read something, look away and read it again; Does it say the same?
Yes? You are Dreaming. No? You aren't Dreaming
*Pinch your nose shut; Can you still breathe through it?
Yes? You are Dreaming. No? You are Awake

Special Note: If I have concluded that I Dreaming, I shall Passively Observe the DreamWorld and Remember it very well when I awaken from this Dream''

Such a note would be a great way of Undeliberately confronting yourself with the Lucid Question ''Am I dreaming?'' very often during the day. The Note could be very small and also be taped to the back of your cellphone or something else you frequently and dayly need.

The questions are pre-made up and effective, so that you won't have to wonder ''what RC shall I do now?''
A simple Yes or No Question-system makes the whole Idea of being in a Dream or not much more obvious and clearer. It shouls work like normal Reality Checks only a 100 times more potent since you are indeliberately confronted with it many times everyday.

If it becomes such a habit, reading that note and answering it's Questions, it may be MUCH more likely to Return in your Dreams than when you just think ''Oyeah I haven't done a single RC today yet, let's do 1'' and try an RC then. The Note more kind of overwhelms you by very suddenly ''asking you'' these analytical Questions.

It's easy to make and carry such a note. I'm making one for sure and I'll tape it on the back of my cellphone.

      Any thoughts?

A good idea would just to have a discreet "LD" for lucid dream or "RC" for reality check. This way you will see the sign often and you won't look like a moron for having "I AM DREAMING" emblazoned on your body or cellphone
