ok in the past week i've had a semi-lucid and last night a total lucid dream. But i;ve tried WILD about 5 times and twice i got to a stage where my whole body was tingling i saw vivid images but after a few seconds or so i'd lose that and just have hypnogogic imagery. can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong please?
