Thread: Kinda Weird Problem... Or Maybe A Question...

i rarely find myself as one of the characters in my dreams and take control... my dreams are usually about someone else, like a movie. how do i make myself have dreams that are about me so i can take control???

is there a tequnique or ritual or whatver type thing to help me have dreams abot myself?

Well maybe you should just try stuff like WILD, FILD, etc... So you won't have that problem.

no no no, I feel sometimes like i am watching myself in the dreams too, or that someone/thing else takes the main role, you are still there, imagine yourself being the camera man, it takes a lot of work to become lucid as i am finding out
