Here is a varation of MILD. I do it at night, but it is possible to do it as WBTB. I made it up, but is probably a combation of several techniques.

Things you need:
Recall
Visualization

0) Read this first.
1) (optinil) During the day, RC. But actually QUESTION relaity, otherwise it won't work.
2) At night: Begin going to sleep normally, but visualise yourself becoming lucid. Dosen't matter how, but if you do step 1, it's probably best to do it with RC. Imagine it WILL happen tonight.
3) (optinol) Once fairly close to sleep, roll over. At this point you MAY do an RC, but make it an actual questioning. Repeat 2.
4) Continue Step 2 until you start thinking random things. For instance… "Am I dreaming…? HOT DOG STAND!" At this point, make sure 'am I dreaming?' is the last thought you have. Then fall asleep.
5) If you don't have a lucid, don't slap yourself. If you think about dreaming, lucidness or RC AT ALL during the dream, then it has worked. Record thoughts in the dream journal.
6) Repeat.
7) Now you have read it, do the instructions 1-6. When ready for sleep, of course.
