Question

Hiya guys and girl-guys,

I have a common disadvantage in learning to LD. I can only have DILDs, because my mind has to wander for me to fall asleep.

Can somebody please make a list of DILD techniques, so I can try and find a technique that works for me?

Thanks a lot,
Super Duck :yumdumdoodledum:

Sorry Duck,

My mind needs to wander as well. The trick is to let it wander up to the point you are almost asleep and then try to catch it before you go totally unconcious.

I must do this for WILD and I assume many need to for the various DILD techniques as well.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

i have the same problem as you, though not as severe as you make yours sound. i can keep my mind from wandering for shorts periods of time (up to like 5 minutes) but thats it. then i just have a random thing pop into my head, i'm not sure why. i dont think this has limited my ability to LD though. it simply means i have to practice upon it.

Wow! I had no idea, Seeker! I thought you were the Lord of Lucidity and could fall asleep at will and LD whenever and make your dreams come to life and have OBEs and do dream phone-calls and shared dreams and everything and everything and more!

Don't feel bad, Super Duck, I'm the same way. Yes, it's like a freaking dissability. And a definetly underestimated one at that.

Read my thread to getting more DILD's here. http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/inde...howtopic=37776

Oh yeah Seeker get ready to help to me WILD A LOT because I cannot get much done.
