I was listening to the sphinx of imagination (Get a free 20 minute sample at www.hypnotica.org) and I was about half way into it when I felt more SP than I have ever felt before. I have had feelings of floating and such but this was much stronger I felt like i was going into a dream. Problem is I freaked out and sat up. ALMOST!!!

Yeah, when you get the feeling of SP, and your getting vivid Imagery just keep on what your doing. Do not think like " OH WOW, this is it " then you get to excited and you'll be failing, just keep in mind, this is normal i should proceed with what I'm doing, do not make it a big thing that your getting numb. ( I Know it's easier said than done, believe me.. I do )
