I'm currently doing civil service, and often come home quite exhausted; which made me fall asleep quite fast.
Yesterday I tried a WILD again, and after some time my I could feel my body fall asleep. I felt a tingling sensation - I "stopped feeling" my body, everything except of my eyes.
In my hello-thread i was talking about a lucid moment: it was a similar situation. Then I was in some kind of trance, not totally aware. And in my dream, my awareness was "drawn" back; into the dream.
Yesterday however, my awareness was drawn back, but »out« of my dream.
Is this how it's supposed to be? Being one step before dreaming and then, in trance, enter the dream?
Or haven't I been as close as i think?
I also think that my illness could have been the reason that I couldn't totally fall asleep. It seems like I remember 90% of the nigth being in trance without being able to fall asleep. (Fever, headache, ...)
I hope that when I get better I have some more successful attempts.
But anyway, when my body is sleeping I forget about the illness - a useful tool
