Thread: My First Proper Lucid

GREAT!! feeling this morning i had my First proper lucid it lasted alot longer than a minute, I did the nose RC and it worked weird feeling by the way to be able to breathe while holding nose!, then i went through the mirror and ended up in my old bedroom was cool i did a few other things as well but near the end of the dream as i was about to exit the house to try outdoor flying i jurked myself awake somehow?

Any ideas on why i suddenly jurked myself awake i didnt get excited just felt like a whole body jump!

I recon u tryed to move ur body to much or osmething... I got that and i moved in real life and woke up well congrads on the long lucid... ive still got to get that far lol

Thanks tweak is that the one where you go through the floor to see where you end up if you feel you are being pulled down?

Noooo. Err, I forgot what it was. I'll look it up tomorrow (sleep now)

I have trobule with nose rcs its hard to remember to do them or reconise im dreaming a few days ago i "woke" up at 6:30 got out of bed and said "i think im dreaming" and did a nose rc and i was lucid but what made me do that. i usally get up at 7:30 and i thought i was dreaming before i got out of bed can someone help me remember to do nose rcs in my dreams

No one person can help you do RC's only yourself, what i do is just repeat some affirmations before bed right up till i sleep, like "i will RC tonight" "when im dreaming i know im dreaming" "I can have a lucid dream"

Oh yeah i remember i will definately try this next time i LD it may be hard to remember to do in a dream but ill try i will keep ya posted
