Can anyone answer this question. As far as I understand subliminals , the theory is that the messages bypass the conscious mind and go directly into the subconscious mind. The theory is based on the premise that the conscious mind will resist the desired change. BUT WHAT IF THE CONSCIOUS MIND WANTS THE CHANGE? Then it won't resist the messages and there is no point in using subliminals.
