well I noticed on nights I lit incense before I went to sleep I was more aware in my dreams, I think its becuase the scent kept me semi concious and caused my dreams to be more lucid, tell me what you think, EXTRA: I started taking melatonin and Vitamin B6, it seems I have less lucid dreams, I'm trying again tonight, but if it does'nt change anything again, I might go back to old methods.

The only thing I've ever heard with scent being a lucid inducer was that you could RC to a specific scent and then light one while you dream. That way when you smell it while sleepig you might RC. I think that in your case you were just lucky. If you get many LDs this way though, then I'm wrong and you found a new method. I'm not trying to be pessimistic, but many people say that they tried something one night and it seemed to work. I think that people should at least have success with a method twice before saying that it works.
