well I noticed on nights I lit incense before I went to sleep I was more aware in my dreams, I think its becuase the scent kept me semi concious and caused my dreams to be more lucid, tell me what you think, EXTRA: I started taking melatonin and Vitamin B6, it seems I have less lucid dreams, I'm trying again tonight, but if it does'nt change anything again, I might go back to old methods. |
