Yep. . . RC's are important. Recall and RC's tend to work best when used with another method as well. Have you tried the WBTB method? You are much more likely to have a LD if you break up your sleep. MILD is a good one to use too and it works well with the WBTB method. You have to catalogue dream signs as well. Since people's minds tend to be so disoriented during dreams, it's not always enough to just have great recall. It's much easier to realize something is a dream if you have afew specific things to look for. . . My dreamsigns include -being a student, pizza, murder, being a mother, the presense of celebrities (David Boreanaz especially). . . You have to find a small list of things that you dream of more frequently than most things so you can make your brain's job easier. |

Just keep on doing what you are doing. It seems sometimes that your mind will fight zealously to keep you in a non-lucid state. |

you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

What Jimmie Lynne and seeker said are a good coarse to follow. |

Keep being positive, any negativity stops you going lucid. Just be patient as well, every one is different so the time it takes people to go lucid varies. |

I agree with Howetzer there, if you think this is hard try learning the basics of being a psychic alot harder I know its a different matter but the same ammount of patients is required... you just have keep trying, I think it was Winston Churchil who said "If your going through hell, keep going" |

I find that the longer I stay awake the better my chances are for an LD. . . 30-60 minutes and nothing happens. . . 60-90 minutes I realize I'm dreaming but immediatly wake up. . . 90-120 minutes is where I seem to have my LDs. The timing is different for everyone though so start with small amounts of time and gradually build until you find the one most effective for you. |
