It seems like forever now that I've been trying to have a LD. I've tried to doing RCs in the daytime, I've been keeping some what of a dream journal trying to build my dream recall, I've listened to the files that were posted on here including the Curse file which many said worked great. I've listened to that file so many times, while going to sleep, while just kinda relaxing, driving in my car lol, everywhere. I posted something like this a while back and the respeonse I got was kind of like try not to try so hard or it will be harder for it to happen. So from then on I've been very relaxed and chill about it. I've taken brakes from trying and so on and so forth. Yet still I have no luck, I've read many tutorials and nothing seems to help me out. I don't really know what I want out of this post, I guess I just want to see what you guys think about it. Its been months now since I first started trying. Thanks in advance for any advice and such.

That sucks , the best information I can give you is to be patient and try to stay positive. Also you could try some B6 if you haven't done already.

Sorry I couldn't be any more help

      Good luck.

You've probably heard this before, but focus on one thing at a time. Work on dream recall at first and nothing else. I think that consistent journalling is a relevant first step toward Lucid Dreaming for most of us.

Once your recall is solid and steady then move onto experimenting with the different tutorials to find out which will work best for you. It takes patience and trial and error but it's all well worth it in the end if you stick to it.

Take it one step at a time. Don't rush and good luck.

Does the B6 really make that huge of an impact? Because I have not tried that yet.

In my experience, no. However, a bottle of B-6 is very cheap so I figure I might as well use it. Some people report that it really helps them, so it probably just varies from person to person. I say get some just because it is cheap, and if it doesn't work then you aren't out very much money anyway. It'll cost you $1.77 for a 100 count bottle of 50mg tablets at Wal-Mart. Try not to take much more than 200mg, as too much B-6 has been linked to nerve damage.

B6 helps me. It could just be a placebo affect but it works.
