Another Fild Try

i tried to FILD tonight, but i didnt do it. i did my usual: i went to bed, and set my alarm for the middle of my 3rd REM. then i woke up, turned alarm off, and moved fingers but didnt go into a dream... why was that? any suggestions for next time?

That's pretty good I think; I keep trying (like, for months) and can't get it to work again.

i know bout your troublesd...

here's a couple of suggestions:
do not do anything when u wake up. i mean that all u do is turn off alarm and start movin yr fingers.

also, try to set your alarm to the middle of 3+ REM period, coz u might wake up in the middle of a dream and re enter the dream with the tech.

also, if u are in a dream, but there is no dream. try to imagine a dream starting.

last, do not repeat my past 2 mistakes. my past 2 times i tried to FILD, i thought i was still awake and didn't bother to RC. that was my bigges mistake, and if i did RC, i wouldve found that i was in a dream.
